THE POWER OF MOTOR POINTS IN SPORT AND REHABILITATION
Dr. Richard Hazel has studied neurology and sports medicine and has developed an innovative strategy for treating pain and improving neuromuscular function.
He received a Masters and Doctorate in Acupuncture - Orthopedics and Sports Medicine at Pacific College of New York on motor point location and uses a neurofunctional approach using electrical stimulation combined with the treatment concepts of Drs. Chit Chan Gunn, Vladimir Andry Vleeming, Andrea Trescot and Janet Travell.
In his New York's clinic, Dr. Hazel is dedicated to treating chronic pain and injury and improving sports performance by evaluating muscle imbalances and reduced range of motion. Treatment is based on restoring function to limbs, joints and spinal segments as well as treating nerve entrapment syndromes.
From electric stimulation acupuncture to functional assessment of muscles, Richard's revolutionary approach to myofascial pain achieves exceptional results for patients.
He holds his motor point acupuncture courses in USA - from New York to California - in Australia and for Europe in Amsterdam.
He will be in Italy for the first time by invitation of AMI
